Sensual treats for the palates are on offer when dining at any of the Resorts Restaurants or Snack bars. A pleasant choice of hearty meals, light bites and traditional delights are available at the different stops leaving guests anticipating the next dinner time.
Korineum grounds team harvest the Resort’s very own olives and carobs. The Kitchen then produces top of the range extra virgin olive oil, which is used in all the Buffet and A la Carte dishes. The production of Carob syrup also takes place at the Korineum kitchen, which is worldly known as one of the most nutritious products and if often used as an alternative for chocolate in various parts of the world. Korineum gardens also produce seasonal fruit and vegetable which further enhances the fresh and flavourful dining experience.
